We have designed these workouts so that they are only 30 minutes that you can do at home. All you will need is:
- a set of dumbbells/kettlebells - light, medium and heavy
- a resistance band set
- a miniband set
- a chair or bench
We have created these four options:
If you workout 4x a week you will have up to 6 weeks worth of workouts then just repeat. We added a bonus 5 full body workouts at the end.
We have filmed all the movements so when you download the digital PDF just click on the description (not title) of the movement and it will send you to the MindStrength for Girls YouTube channel to see the movement in action.
This is a one time fee to get access to these workouts. I just ask that you don't share this PDF with those outside of your household. Just sent them the link to buy their own PDF copy please.
